2. Service Description

PixelAnimator provides AI-powered pixel art generation tools. The service uses token-based credits for generation requests.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Tokens and Payments

Tokens are consumed when generating content. Purchased tokens are non-refundable except where required by law. Failed generations will have their tokens refunded automatically.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using the service. You grant us a limited license to process your prompts for the purpose of generating content.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
